While you can technically install paint protection film yourself, we (and XPEL) highly recommend that you do not. The installation process requires a level of training and expertise that most auto owners don’t have and that a qualified paint protection film installer does.

A full paint protection treatment takes anywhere from two to five days. When you bring your vehicle in, we give it a thorough washing to ensure it is decontaminated and ready for treatment. Then, we inspect your car’s paint and make any necessary corrections.After another wash, we start actually applying film – a process that takes a minimum of two days. After a final night’s rest (so the film can be set), we perform a final inspection of your car and (if necessary – it usually isn’t) fix anything we missed.
